PAN India spares availability through strategically located stock points across the country. Services offered through a strong network of branch offices and resident engineers located at Tier II and Tier III cities and through service dealers.

All equipment have a warranty either against faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects for a period of 26 months from the date of dispatch or 24 months from the date of commissioning or 5000 operating hours. whichever occurs first. This warranty is back to back basis by respective engine and alternator manufacturers This shall however exclude rubber parts and electrical gauges, faults due to mishandling, misuse or improper operation and maintenance.

This warranty applies only if the services and spares during the warranty period and entrusted to Supernova Engineers Ltd. The warranty shall become null and void if the services and spares during the warranty are provided by any unauthorized vendor.
